Nonprofit Consulting

Having served as a nonprofit executive leader, I understand the pain points experienced by many visionaries as they seek to influence positive change and impact within their community. Those pains are often growing pains, occurring as nonprofits naturally progress towards serving more clients before a well-developed growth and transition strategy has been conceptualized and indoctrinated throughout the organization from the Board of Directors to the volunteers. It doesn’t help that funding cuts and payment delays can heavily shift how nonprofits are able to conduct business day-to-day and provide consistent services.
Nonprofit programs are crucial and life-altering for populations suffering from hardships such as housing preservation, food insecurity, mental health concerns, learning disabilities, stages of grief, and so much more – particularly since most nonprofit services are low to no-cost for individuals whose financial stability may be compromised. This is why I am dedicated to helping small nonprofits become more effective in their service implementation in order to realize improved outcomes in the lives of those who are underfunded, underserved and/or overlooked.
